Division four west - MILFORD Haven produced an excellent all-round team display at Trimsaran as they led 19-0 at half time and added eight more tries as reward for their superiority.
Ian Rusinek showed his rare turn of pace as he sped through to the posts for the Mariners’ first two tries, both converted by centre Grant Rogers.
Powerful young second row Rhys Thompson ploughed over for another try, this time unconverted.
To be fair to Trimsaran they didn’t throw in the towel and had tries from centre Tom Bonnell, on permit from Narberth, Aled Ball and Justin Owens, two converted by Dafydd Latham.
But the Mariners kept on top as they ran in another five tries, four of them goaled by Rogers.
Milford wingers Craig Thomas and Lee Riley maintained their terrific run of form by claiming a try apiece alongside scrum half Aaron Sprowell, outside half Tom Arnold and prop Jamie Parr, who stormed through near the end to seal a splendid Mariners’ away success.
