Merlins Bridge defeated Monkton Swifts 4-1 to secure the division one title on Thursday night.
Hot-shot striker Stephen McNabney bagged a hat-trick alongside a strike scored by substitute Mike Preddy, who scored with his first touch in the game. Matthew Davies equalised to make it one-one at half time, but the Wizards finished the stronger to claim victory and secure an 11th title in the club’s history.
Merlins Bridge skipper Nathan Thomas received the trophy from Pembrokeshire Football League Council chairman Phil Devonald, as wild celebrations got underway after the presentation.
