Pennar Robins 6
Hundleton 3

Hundleton's superb Senior Cup journey came to end as they lost in a nine-goal thriller against derby rivals Pennar Robins at Bush Camp.

The division two outfit came to Bush Camp after defeating cup holders Hakin United and division one outfit Prendergast Villa, but a third division one scalp was just too big a mountain to climb.

Dean Driscoll gave the hosts the lead in the second minute, a couple of minutes later and Seb Serendynski equalised.

Wayne Brunton added a second for the Robins, but once again minutes later and the visitors equalised, this time through Craig Manning, as the scores stayed at 2-2 at half time.

The division one outfit began to dominate in the second period and were rewarded with goals from Brunton, who added his second of the absorbing cup-tie, and Lee Brockway.

Joe Lewis pulled one back for the plucky visitors, but Darren Shaw had the final say as he neatly slotted home to ensure the Robins reach the semi final.
