Goodwick United progressed into the semi final after winning a thrilling quarter final clash on penalties.

The score was 2-2 after full time and 3-3 after extra time, before Goodwick’s Carl Woodhouse pulled off two saves to earn his side a dramatic 4-2 win on penalties.

Danny Williams gave the visitors two-nil cushion at the break. Tenby regrouped in the second half and Jordan Richards and Daryl Mansbridge ensured the tie went to extra time. Steve Evans rounded keeper Jake Roberts to give Goodwick the lead for the third time, but Phil Cattlin scored in a crowded area to send the tie into penalties. Carl Woodhouse came up trumps for Good wick, making two saves and even scoring from the penalty spot to ensure they meet Pennar Robins at the Bridge Meadow next month.
