A Brilliant second half display earned Haverfordwest County a deserved victory at derby rivals Prendergast Villa.

Bluebirds’ boss Derek Roberts knew his side would have to weather an early storm, but once the visitors got into their stride there was only ever going to be one winner.

Mike Preddy finished clinically from inside the box to give the visitors a 21st minute lead. James Phillips pulled off two superb saves to deny Villa striker Nathan Greene, but third time lucky and Greene equalised with a well-placed header.

The visitors took total control in the second period where Craig George and Rob Morgan scored, plus Vincent Atueyi scored two brilliant goals, one incredible strike from halfway to help move the Bluebirds up to second spot.
