Heavy snow and sub-zero temperatures saw a total wipeout of the entire rugby and football league programme in the county on Saturday.
Arctic type conditions have caused havoc in Pembrokeshire and across the country.
Welsh Premier outfit Haverfordwest County were forced to postpone their home game against Prestatyn, with at least four inches of snow covering the Bridge Meadow.
“It’s the first time in seven years that we’ve called off a home game,” said groundsman Rob Summons.
Manderwood Pembrokeshire football league secretary Brian Hawkins added: “It’s snow joke. But seriously, with the current backlog of fixtures I expect a busy March and April.”
The same problems were encountered on the rugby scene with all games cancelled.
Another cold week is forecast, but fingers crossed there will be some sport played somewhere in the county by Saturday.
