Two young swimmers from Pembrokeshire won gold and silver medals at the British Summer Championships.
Cerys Griffiths, 14, won the 200m freestyle race in the 13/14 year category, bringing home the gold.
Grace Nichols, also 14, came second in the 100m backstroke race in the same age group, winning silver.
The championships took place from July 20 to July 26 at Ponds Forge in Sheffield, organised by Aquatics GB.
The top 28 swimmers in each age group and event qualified for the championships.
This year, five swimmers from Pembrokeshire County Swimming (PCS) qualified for the event; with Cerys and Grace joined by Dexter West, Saskia Webb, and Lily Rice.
Nick Russell, head coach of PCS, said: "I'm really proud of those who qualified and gave their all to represent Pembrokeshire on the big stage, with some fine performances.
"To come away with two medals is testament to the hard work they have put in.
"To have a British champion in one of the most hotly contested events really was the icing on the cake."
PCS is based in Haverfordwest and is made up of the county's most promising young swimmers, selected from five development clubs.
