A Pembrokeshire teenager will be representing Wales in golf for the second year in a row.

Jemma Nand-Lal, 16, from Tenby, was chosen again for the Wales Schools squad.

She'll face England Schools at Stoke Rocheford GC Lincolnshire in early September.

It is a nice boost for Jemma as it follows her recovery from major winter surgery and rewards her as 2023's top Dyfed girl player.

Jemma revealed her delight and eagerness to challenge English opponents, saying it was a 'fantastic honour'.
