It was another successful outing for the junior section of BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) Pembrokeshire when they went to Llanelli this month.

Led be club coach Stuart Tyrie, they took a team of 16 to the West Wales Junior BJJ championships and came away with 17 medals - seven Gold, seven Silver and three Bronze.

The medal winners were as follows - Poppy Tyrie - Gold/Gold; Megan Garrett - Gold; Hazel Williams - Gold; Martha Bhari - Gold; Mollie Fitzpatrick - Gold; Lillia Ricci - Gold; Ava Tyrie - Silver; Ieuan Garrett - Silver; Nancy Bhari - Silver; Olivia Nicholas - Silver; Paige Nicholas - Silver; Ellie Fitzpatrick - Silver; Alex Williams - Silver; Alex Workman - Bronze; Mason Hubbard - Bronze; Harvey Griffiths - Bronze.
