Division 1: Haverfordwest (241-6) beat Cresselly (117 all out) by 124 runs
Chris Fitzpatrick hammered a first ton for Haverfordwest as The Town hammered Cresselly at the Racecourse.
Fitzpatrick came in with his side 20-4, but duly shared a stand of 202 with skipper for the day Ben Field to turn the tide.
And The Doves got nowhere near in their reply as the form of Clive Tucker continued, the spinner taking six wickets to seal a big win.
With both sides depleted, Cresselly opted to field and it seemed to pay dividends after Tom Arthur took three early wickets and Sam Harts also struck to leave the home side in trouble.
But then came the stand between Field and Fitzpatrick, the latter hitting 11 fours and three sixes in his 102 off 109 balls before eventually being bowled by Richard Harries.
Field notched eight fours and three sixes in his 86 before being caught by Harries off Morgan Lewis.
Simon Holliday and Archie Thomas then both made 8 not out to take The Town to 241-6.
The visitors started their reply well as Dan Sutton and Neal Williams took them to 49-0, but then Sutton (20) was run out by Ashley James.
It was James who then removed Alex Bayley (11), caught by Mike Jones to leave The Doves 79-2, and then the resistance of opener Williams was broken as Holliday bowled him for 49 (six fours).
And Cresselly then lost their last seven wickets for just 22 runs as Tucker dismantled the middle and lower order, posting figures of 6-15 in 8.4 overs.
And fittingly it was the veteran who rounded off the win in the 43rd over, as last man Philips James was caught by Lee Summons.
The win takes Haverfordwest back to second, a point above Cresselly.
