Goodwick United 3
Narberth 3
BOTH teams had to settle for a draw in an entertaining clash played at Phoenix Park.
The visitors scored early in the second minute as Jordan Williams easily slotted past James Gwilt. Rhys Dalling equalised in the 30th minute, turning his marker and drilling his shot into the back of the net.
Just before the break the host took the lead as Jonny Horgan volleyed Rob Morgans’ cross.
Goodwick increased their lead a minute after the interval; Steffan Hayes made good ground, before the ball fell to Dalling to lash home from the edge of the area.
The visitors to their credit got back in the game when Adi Jones headed in a free kick in the box.
On the 70 minute mark and the Bluebirds equalised as Calum O’Connell latched onto a through ball, the youngster kept his composure to steer the ball past Gwilt and earn his side a point when minutes earlier they were facing defeat.
