PENNAR Robins were too hot for St Clears at Bush Camp.
The Robins led 3-1 at half time and scored three further goals as they convincingly picked up their tenth win of the campaign.
Richard Hughes headed in Adam John’s corner that gave the hosts the lead in the 15th minute.
Ten minutes later and John added the second with a thumping shot from 20 yards out.
Ten minutes before the interval the Saints pulled a goal back with a well taken header by striker Steve Thomas.
On the stroke of half time Sam Southcott scored his side’s third, getting on the end of Hughes’ floated free kick in the box.
Jimmy Walker chalked up the fourth goal on the hour mark. Five minutes later Ben Steele scored with a spot-kick.
In the last five minutes the Saints pulled a goal back by Sam Jones, then Sam Southcott got his second of the game for the Robins’ sixth.
Sean Seymour-Davies scored the final goal for the Saints bang on time, as Robins’ keeper Stuart James had a moment that he will quickly want to forget.
