Birch Farm Plastic Collection Limited recently celebrated 20 years of collecting waste plastic from farms with a free prize draw at the Winter Fair for farmers to win a free collection of their farm waste.
More than 500 farmers tried their luck at the draw and the winners were Nigel and Sadie Taylor, of Robeston Wathen, who were delighted to be successful and to have a small corner of the farm tidied up at no cost by the Swansea-based farming family business.
l Farmers in north Pembrokeshire can take their waste into one of Birch Farm Plastic’s collection sites at Newcastle Emlyn at a reduced charge. Anyone interested in doing so can contact Lindley of D. I. Evans Ltd on 01239 810878.
