Dear Editor:- Now that PCC have completed the last section of this pathway I feel that a public congratulation and thank you is deserved for an installation that not only considerably improve the safety of all road users but is also a public amenity, being the only ‘all weather’ walk available to the inhabitants of Lamphey.
