Dale and Broad Haven Coastguards were tasked to the aid of a yacht that had broken from its moorings in this morning’s (Monday’s) wild weather.
Coastguards received reports that the vessel, which did not have crew on board, had washed up on the rocks at Dale.
A police rigid hulled inflatable boat (rhib) was also launched to the incident.
The vessel was recovered by a rhib from Dale sailing and secured to a pontoon at Dale.
A coastguard spokesman said that the boat did not sustain much damage and that its owner was aware of the incident.
