A woman accused of owning a dog which was dangerously out of control, and injured David Patrick Mackin in December 2011, is due to appear at Haverfordwest magistrates court today (Wednesday).
Jennifer Miles, aged 60, of Quay Road, Goodwick, had her case adjourned in early April.
Her solicitor James Subbiani asked for time to make written representations to the Crown Prosecution Service. Mr Subbiani said that it was not in the public interest to prosecute Miles because her dog had already been put down.
Magistrates adjourned the hearing until today, May 2nd.
