A charity fair will be held today (Saturday) at Pembroke Town Hall.

Local charities and organisations have been invited to attend the fair organised by the town’s Rotary Club to help raise much needed funds and publicise their good causes.

Among those confirmed include Friends of South Pembrokeshire Hospital, Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Scouts and Pembroke 21C.

The event, which is free of charge to organisations who take part, will run from 11am till 3pm.

All those participating are welcome to borrow fundraising games from the Rotary Club if they do not have stands or displays of their own and they may also supplement any money raised on the day.

Some larger organisations are also attending the event including the Paul Sartori Foundation with whom the Rotary Club has a long association.

Pembroke Town Band will be providing entertainment in the afternoon and the Pembroke Inner Wheel Club will be providing tea, coffee and cakes.
