Local foodies who are passionate about foraging and food provenance are in for a treat this evening.
The team behind St Davids’ food and countryside festival will be hosting the Really Wild Dining Club, at Wolfscastle Hotel, at 7.30pm when head chef Owen Hall will be creating a meal using foraged ingredients found around a five-mile radius of the restaurant.
Organiser Julia Horton-Powdrill said: “There’s masses of wild food in Pembrokeshire, and the chefs are really keen to get involved.
“Last time Owen cooked for us, we ended up having a five-course meal, including squirrel and chestnut terrine.”
There will also be an opportunity to ask Owen questions about his ingredients and how he cooked them.
