Motorbikes roared around the county last Sunday as the 3 Amigos Charity Group hosted its annual Easter Egg Run.
Motorcyclists and their supporters took to the streets of Pembroke before heading to Tenby and Saundersfoot, through Narberth to Cardigan and then back to Haverfordwest raising money and collecting eggs for local children.
The 3 Amigos team, which now numbers many more than three, works with Action for Children in Haverfordwest and at the end of this run, a family fun day was arranged at Haverfordwest Rugby Club.
A cheque for £2,000 was presented to the Hawthorn Project at Action for Children by the amigos who were recently presented with local hero awards by Radio Pembrokeshire.
Brian ‘Griz’ Moseley said that there were more than 400 riders and the weather was perfect for the run.
“It was cracking, there were a good lot of bikes out.
It was a nice day and everyone was happy,” he added.
Griz also said that special thanks must go to the ‘Dollies’, the female supporters who helped organise the activities at the family fun day including a bouncy castle, balloon making and much more.
