Three Milford Haven women are preparing to shave off their long locks tomorrow to raise much needed funds for charity.
Sandra Geldert, her niece Jennifer Duncan and best friend Annie Tucker will have their hair shaved off to raise fund for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, in memory of Sandra’s husband Mike, who died in 2008 from the disease.
The trio have organised a variety of stalls, a raffle and bouncy castle at Milford Haven Football Club in Marble Hall Road tomorrow (Saturday) and the hair shaving will begin at 6.30pm.
Annie said they are also encouraging men to come down on the day and have their legs, chest or back waxed for £5.
The ladies are planning to donate their locks to the Little Princess Trust, a charity who provide real hair wigs to children suffering hair loss.
