Four general election canvassers have been injured in a two-vehicle road accident at the crossroads at Red Roses.
The volunteers had been dropping off leaflets in the south of the county and Pembrokeshire for UKIP candidate Ray Clarke when the collision occurred at around 11am on Wednesday (April 18th).
Police and firefighters from Whitland and Tenby attended the scene, and firefighters gave the casualties oxygen until the paramedics arrived.
One man was airlifted to Morriston Hospital, while the other three were taken to Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen and later discharged after treatment.
