Conservative parliamentary candidate Simon Hart is pictured taking his campaign to be South Pembrokeshire’s next MP to Caldey Island off Tenby.
Mr Hart spent the first week of the General Election campaign knocking on doors in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
He decided to spend a morning on the island to visit the residents who help keep the island working.
“I also met Brother Sennen while I was outside the village Post Office and we talked about his interest in politics and the state of the UK,” said Mr Hart.
Mr Hart knocked on doors around the island’s village to canvass opinion and discover what people want from the next Government.
“The islanders were concerned about the tourist trade, the environment and wider international issues all came up in my conversations," added Mr Hart.
