MELANIE KLINGBIEL, SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND MARTYN GOWLAND, MONKTON

Martyn Gowland and Melanie Klingbiel were married in Murray Bridge, South Australia. Martyn, the son of Harry and Eirwen Gowland, is an IT manager for the Devon and Cornwall Police. Melanie is the daughter of Robert and Beverly Klingbiel. The best man was Stuart Everard and groomsman was Ian Finney (friends from West London). Melanie was given away by her father and wore an ivory trailing dress with a fingertip veil and carried a bouquet of Singapore orchids. Matron of honour was Anne Boesch (brides sister) and Alyson Pilgrim (school friend) was her bridesmaid. Henry Boesch (nephew) was the pageboy and Alisa Pilgrim was the flowergirl. The ushers were Adam Klingbiel (brother), Matthew and Simon Jones (brides cousins). The couple honeymooned in Malaysia and have made their home in Exeter.

LINDA GOWLAND, MONKTON AND HOWARD DAVIES, MOLD

Linda Gowland and Howard Davies were married last September in Caersalem chapel, Flint, north Wales. Linda, the daughter of Harry and Eirwen Gowland, was given away by her father and wore an ivory satin dress with pale blue embroidery on the bodice and train. She wore a tiara set with pale blue stones and an ivory veil with fine gold details. Her bouquet was cream and ivory roses with viburnum blueberries stephanotis. The matron of honour was Melanie Gowland (brides sister-in-law). Howard, the oldest son of Edward and Eirwen Davies, is the proprietor of a paint and decorating retail business in Flint. The best man was Huw Davies (grooms brother) and the ushers were Martyn Gowland (brides brother), Les Davies and Hylton Jones (grooms uncles). The couple are making their home in Northop, Mold, after honeymooning in Gibraltar.

DONNA DAVIES, TENBY AND GARETH DONNACHIE, MANORBIER NEWTON

Married at Heywood Mount Hotel, Tenby were Gareth Donnachie and Donna Davies. The groom is the youngest son of Des and Liz Donnachie, of Manorbier Newton and the bride is the daughter of Dale Davies, of Tenby. The bridesmaid was Kate Evans (brides cousin), the pageboy was Jake Davies (brides brother) and the best man was Glen Donnachie (grooms brother). The couple honeymooned in Gran Canaria and have made their home in Kilgetty.

Married recently at Pembroke Dock Register Office were Damian Peter Goldsworthy and Kimberley Ann John. The ceremony was conducted by Caroline Fortune. The groom is the only son of Jane Goldsworthy, of Devon Drive, Pembroke, and Dennis Goldsworthy, of Lords Meadow View, Pembroke and the bride is the eldest daughter of Roland and Carole John, of St Michaels Road, Pembroke. The bride was given in marriage by her father. The bridesmaids were Kirsty and Stacey John (brides sisters) and the flowergirl was Jasmin Goldsworthy (couples daughter). The best man was Jay James. The couple have made their home in Pembroke.
