Steindr Andersen (pictured) was born in Iceland in 1954 and developed an early interest in the poetry of the 'rmur', an ancient chanted or intoned form of Icelandic song/poem.
Together with compatriot Hilmar rn Hilmarsson, Iceland's most prolific film composer, Steindr presents an enchanting blend of music and poetry.
