A curry company set up in Pembrokeshire in 1996 is causing quite a stir with the launch of three brand new products.
The Authentic Curry Company, now based in Hirwaun, has cooked up a Welsh Black Beef Bourgignon, Welsh Black Beef Stroganoff, and a new Chicken Cymru.
The new products add to the companys range of 21 ready-made curries, which include Welsh Black Beef Curry, Welsh Lamb and Leek Curry, and Tan y Ddraig (Dragons Fire).
This is our first venture away from curries, said managing director Paul Trotman, who is a former Western Telegraph advertisement manager. The new products are available from four outlets in Wales, including Upton Farm, Pembroke Dock.
