THE newly installed Cleddau Bridge toll booths (pictured), which were opened at the beginning of September, have a fully operational barrier system for the first time in 30 years.
The system, which has been phased in for the past few weeks, was switched on for full-time use on Friday afternoon.
County councillor cabinet member for environment and transportation, Cllr Brian Hall, has warned that there could be some teething problems in the first few days and has called for bridge users to be patient.
