Hi there Presspackers - it's Scoop the Presspack dog here!
We have a double helping of Presspack this week to celebrate bonfire night on Friday!
Unlike most of my furry friends, I really enjoy bonfire night, especially watching the firework display, and writing my name out with sparklers!
But to really enjoy bonfire night we must take extra special care!
Follow my six easy steps to staying safe this bonfire night!
1- Never light fireworks yourself. Always ask an adult to light them. 2 - Always wear gloves when handling sparklers. 3 - Don't play near the bonfire. 4 - Make sure your pets are safely inside. 5 - Never go back to a firework once it has been lit. 6 - Don't wander off. Make sure you stay with your parents or an adult at all times. If you do go off, make sure your parents know where you are.
There are many organised events planned around the county this Friday, so make sure you follow my top tips, and make your night go out with a bang!
Stay safe Presspackers!
