READERS of our Pembrokeshire County Living magazine were delighted with the debut spring edition, which contained a wealth of features, competitions and advertisements.
The spotlight fell on Graham Brace, who since becoming a full time artist four years ago, has produced 130 paintings. Readers responded in huge numbers for a competition to win a beautiful framed limited edition of one of Graham's prints.
The lucky winner was Mrs Karon Brace, Kilgetty - no relation to Graham - whose name was drawn out of the hat. The competition answer, of course, was that Graham prefers to use coloured pencils for his work.
Karon, who described Graham's pictures as 'amazing', was presented with her prize by Graham on Monday. She and her two children Lucy and William (pictured) went to Colby Lodge, Amroth, where Graham was setting up an exhibition.
The summer edition of Pembrokeshire County Living is due out this month and again there is plenty to read, including features on Slebech Hall, Landshipping House and Nant-y-coy Mill, a focus on Narberth shopping centre, golfing, and many other lifestyle topics.
