The way that £197m is spent in Pembrokeshire will be debated today.
Pembrokeshire County Council members will vote on the budget for 2010/2011 which includes the level of council tax and the cost of council house rents.
The budget outlines spending plans for the coming year, with children's services - including schools, social care for children and families and youth services - making up £97.9m of the total.
Adult social services is the next highest spend with £33.3m.
Culture, environmental and planning services - including museums, arts, leisure and recreation - accounts for 26m with highways and transport services totalling £10.8m.
Pembrokeshire council tax payers face an increase of 3.4% which will take the Band D council tax to £687.96, up £22.62 from last year.
The final figure that arrives on your door mat will also include the Dyfed-Powys Police precept, which will be £181.44 for a Band D property.
Council house rent is expected to increase by 2% to £60.42 per week.
