Tenby coastguards were tasked to Giltar Point yesterday (Monday) morning to investigate reports of strange objects floating in the sea.
A member of the public contacted coastguards at around 9am to report several items floating in the sea just offshore of Giltar Point.
Coastguards investigated the area and found that the objects were, in fact, yellow marker buoys, which were being used to mark out a survey area for sand movement.
