A Haverfordwest man has been ordered to pay £330 for failing to clean up his dog's mess.
Andrew Lowndes was charged with failing to remove the faeces after his dog fouled a communal grass area at Fleming Crescent in Haverfordwest.
The case was heard at Haverfordwest magistrates court last Monday, February 15th, following an investigation by Pembrokeshire County Council’s domestic public health team.
Mr Lowndes did not attend court and the case was heard in his absence.
Magistrates found the case proved and ordered that he pay a fine of £75, a contribution towards costs of £240 and a victim surcharge of £15.
