Dear Editor
As reported in last week’s Western Telegraph, there are plans for 962 new houses to be built on “the outskirts of Haverfordwest”.
This is all very well, but where are all these new occupants going to work?
I can’t see the need for all these new homes if there is no work to sustain these families.
Oh but wait a minute, we don’t need jobs! They can just sign on the dole, of course.
I was missing the bigger picture, and when it is full there the overspill can go to the proposed housing project in Johnston.
What brilliant thinking by the developers and Pembrokeshire County Council.
S. Crockett
Haverfordwest.
