Firefighters from Pembroke Dock spent two hours pumping out floodwater from the town's South Pembrokeshire Hospital this lunchtime (Thursday).
The fire service said a large flood affected the first floor of the hospital and the stairway. Pembroke Dock crew was called to the incident at 11.50am.
One pump from Pembroke Dock, and a Land Rover with specialist pumping equipment, attended the flood.
They were at the scene for two hours pumping water away from the premises. They left at 1.50pm.
Hywel Dda Health Board confirmed that a small flood had taken place, but that services at the hospital were not affected.
"There was a small flood at South Pembrokeshire Hospital Health and Social Care Resource Centre due to a burst water pipe," said a spokesman.
"The situation was quickly resolved by Mid and West Wales Fire Service and patient services were not adversely affected.
"We would like to thank fire-fighters, who managed the situation, as well as staff, patients and clients for their co-operation."
