A man accused of murdering his 17-year-old daughter is due to appear in court today (Friday).
Gary John Fisher, aged 47, had been scheduled to attend a hearing at Swansea crown court last Friday.
However, he refused to leave his prison cell to attend and the hearing was adjourned to today.
A trial date set for March is expected to be maintained.
Fisher, from Solihull near Birmingham, denies murdering Chanelle Sasha Jones on August 2nd of last year.
The teenager was found dead in the passenger seat of a Ford Fiesta in Aberaeron.
A family member had reported Chanelle, a childcare student, missing.
Fisher is listed to appear in front of Judge John Diehl today for the prosecution to enter a formal request for an extension to the custody time limit.
