A man accused of murdering his 17-year-old daughter in west Wales is due to appear at Swansea crown court today (Friday).
Gary John Fisher, aged 47, is accused of murdering Chanelle Sasha Jones on August 2nd 2009.
The teenager was found dead in the passenger seat of a Ford Fiesta which police stopped using a stinger device in Aberaeron, Ceredigion.
A family member had reported Chanelle, a childcare student from Cardigan, missing and her body was found when police stopped the car on the A487.
Fisher, from Solihull near Birmingham, has denied the murder.
At 10.30am he will appear before Judge John Diehl via video link from Swansea prison, where he is being held on remand.
Today’s hearing is for plea and case management and it is possible a trial date may be fixed.
