Two men have been arrested as part of a multi-agency operation targeting dealers and users of heroin.
Pembrokeshire's Operation Poker was launched by Dyfed-Powys Police before Christmas. It is one of the county's biggest ever drug operations.
The two men were arrested in Haverfordwest, and were found to be in possession of a suspicious substance.
Both men have been bailed pending forensic analysis.
Inspector Andy Phillips said: "Heroin is increasingly being used in our county.
"We need the public's help to provide us with information on anyone they suspect is dealing in drugs.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
