Coastal rescue teams were tasked to help police on Thursday, following reports of a possibly suicidal person on the Cleddau Bridge.
Dyfed-Powys Police contacted Milford Haven coastguard HQ at around 9pm.
St Govans coastguards and Angle inshore lifeboat were tasked to the incident and stood by at the bridge, awaiting further instruction.
Once police confirmed that the person was safely away from bridge coastguards and the lifeboat crew were stood down.
