It is now currently snowing in Solva, Croesgoch, Letterston and Puncheston, below the forecast level of 150m (500 feet) for snow. In Fishguard, Dinas and Templeton the weather has come in as sleet. The current weather is forecast to continue until to 9am tomorrow morning.
John Davies, Council leader has reported that roads around Tegryn are particularly bad, even for JCB and agricultural vehicles.
Letterston & Brynconin Schools are closing.
Ysgol Preseli (Crymych), Maenclochog, Eglwyswrw, Ysgol Clydau, Ysgol Bro Ingli, Puncheston, Solva & Croesgoch have all closed.
Sir Thomas Picton school is arranging to send staff and pupils living in areas above 150M home as a precautionary measure.
Social care is reporting problems with access for carers to clients in Moylegrove, Maenclochog, Crymych and Tegryn areas. All clients have been spoken to and there are no urgent issues at present.
