Pembrokeshire's army of rubbish collectors have taken to the streets with shovels and brushes today (Friday), to clear up the snow.
As refuse collections have been cancelled, between 30 and 40 bin men and women have been redeployed to Milford Haven, Haverfordwest, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock and Fishguard.
They have been tasked with clearing paths and pavements, especially up to the homes of the elderly.
Pembrokeshire County Council is asking residents to take in their black bags, as all today's collections have been cancelled.
They can put them back out next week or take them to the council's civic amenity centre which are open and gritted.
