The mayor of Milford Haven, councillor Tony Eden, has urged local communities to stick together during the current cold snap.
Cllr Eden admitted he had not known a situation like this for many years and advised Pembrokeshire people to support each other.
"It's very picturesque but obviously unwelcome to a lot of people," he said.
"We appreciate the problem is county wide and not just in Milford but local roads and pavements are really dicey.
"I'd urge anyone with elderly or vulnerable neighbours to check on them and make sure they have enough supplies."
