Police are appealing for information after a man hurled an unknown object into the path of a moving car.
The man, described as six foot tall and wearing a black hoodie, was on the footbridge over Cartlett Road at 1.45 pm on Saturday.
He succeeded in smashing the rear windscreen of a red Seat Ibiza travelling on the road at the time. Fortunately the driver escaped without injury.
Police say that this is a very unusual incident and that there would have been witnesses in the area as it was the middle of the day.
Anybody with any information should contact Haverfordwest police station on 101.
