Fire fighters from Haverfordwest and Fishguard are currently dealing with a large fire at Penbicas, Trecwn.
Fire crews have been at the scene for about two hours, a large amount of rubbish and tyres is alight and crews are using a ground meter and hose reel jets to battle the blaze.
A spokesman for the fire service said that steady progress is being made with crews using a water shuttle to get water to the fire.
The environment agency has been informed as there is a possibility of some pollution in a small stream nearby.
