Should a levy of up to 20p be placed on every plastic shopping bag used in Wales?
This week the Welsh Assembly announced it was looking at introducing a levy on plastic bags used at check-outs, with the money raised being used to fund environmental projects.
But would you support such a move?
Do you think it is a good idea?
Would the move have a real impact on the numbers of bags used?
Should shops and supermarkets be allowed to implement their own schemes instead?
Or would you just see it as another money-making tax?
