Police in Pembroke are asking the public to be on the look out for several packets of lost prescription drugs, mislaid in the town yesterday (Monday).
At 12.15pm yesterday a large black bag containing drugs for epilepsy, depression and sleeplessness was left on a bench behind St Oswalds Doctors Surgery in the direction of the Tanyard.
The bag is a large black bag with two zips on the side, a long strap and a buckle on both sides.
It contains 50 Topirinate tablets, 15 X 300 milligram Gabapentin tablets, 15 X 75 milligram Dosulepin tablets and 28 X 10 milligram Temazepam tablets.
In a separate incident a patient has lost a box of Antenolol beta blocker tablets in Merlin's Cross. The box contains 16 or 17 tablets and each tablet is 50 milligrams, it was last seen yesterday evening.
On the same day, but in what police say is an unrelated incident, another person lost a bag containing19 diazepam tablets; seven 10 milligram temazepam tablets; 14 amitripiline tablets and 18 codene phospate 30 milligram tablets somewhere in Pembroke, possibly either in Main Street or Woodbine Terrace.
""Any of the medications are extremely harmful if taken by anyone other than the person they have been prescribed to," said PC 1000 Thomas.
"Taking this medication without a prescription may lead to a serious injury."
Anyone who finds the medication is asked to hand it straight in to their nearest police station. Anyone with information as to its whereabouts is asked to contact Pembroke Dock police station on 0845 330 2000.
