There were major disruptions to traffic in Pembroke yesterday (Sunday), when a trailer full of corn became detached from a tractor and collided with a house.
The trailer and the red Case tractor that was towing it parted company while going round a roundabout at Pembroke's East End Square shortly before 1pm.
The trailer collided with a curb before crashing into the door frame of a terraced house.
Police, fire crews and an ambulance were called to the scene. Fortunately nobody was injured and the house was not extensively damaged.
Fire crews assisted police in making the area safe and the road was clear by 2pm.
