Following an incident of road rage in a Johnston lay-by, police are today warning drivers not to pull off the road for others unless there is a real and visible emergency.
The Johnston incident happened earlier this month. On October 16th the driver of a dark blue or black Peugeot caused another driver to stop his vehicle in the lay by.
When the victim rolled his window down, the driver of the Peugeot grabbed his clothing and pushed him. Words were exchanged and the Peugeot driver, who is described as a tall white man with dark blond or light brown hair, then walked away.
"Motorists should not stop their vehicle if indicated to do so by another vehicle unless there is an obvious emergency," said PC Griffiths at Milford Haven police station.
Anyone who has any information about the incident in the lay by is asked to contact him on 0845 330 2000.
