Police in Fishguard have resolved to increase their patrols in the Wern Road area of Goodwick following a series of incidents at Goodwick gardening club.
In the last two weeks the club headquarters has been broken into and items such as bags of compost damaged. The damage came to a head last night (Tuesday) after a brick wall was demolished and 96 breeze blocks left scattered around the premises.
Police in Fishguard say that they believe that the break ins have been carried out by a group of youngsters and are asking the public to keep their eyes open.
"Somebody in Goodwick knows who is doing it," said a spokesman at the station. He said that PCSOs and police officers will be paying particular attention to the area in the evening.
He also urged people to be aware and to report any suspicious activity in the area to Fishguard police station on 0845 330 2000.
