Families are invited to join Pembrokeshire Coast National Park ranger Kiri Howell for some wild den building activities over half term at the National Trust's Colby Woodland Garden, Amroth.
These special partnership events are open to everyone to discover secret wildlife habitats, and find out how mammals and mini-beasts forage for food and create homes and shelter.
The workshop sessions include plenty of hands-on fun, giving children the chance to be den building mammals and to toast marshmallows over a campfire.
Woodland Adventures started today (Monday) and will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday from 11am-1pm and from 2-4pm and cost just £2.50 per person (free admission).
Other half term events also include a Spooky Halloween Trail and craft session on Saturday 25th October from 11am-3.30pm (normal admission plus £1) and, for the truly adventurous, there will be a Bat Walk on Monday 27th at 5pm at the cost of £1 per person.
Ring the Colby Shop on 01834 811885 for further information and to book your place.
