Police are appealing for a man who they believe nearly jumped on the track at Haverfordwest train station to come forward.
The man was hovering on the edge of the platform at about 7.30pm on Thursday October 23rd. Two members of the public were so concerned for his welfare that they took him to the guards office.
The man left the office without leaving any of his details.
"This man is not in any trouble, we just want him to contact us so that we know he is ok and to find out if he needs any help," said PCSO Stacy Thomas.
The man is described as white, about 5ft 2ins tall, and in his late 20s. He is bald with glasses and was wearing a camouflage jacket.
Police are also keen to speak to the two people who put him in the guards office.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PCSO Thomas on 0845 330 2000.
