Two Tenby motorbike enthusiasts have set off on the trip of a lifetime in Royal company.
Graham Lightwood and David Stewart-Walvin have raised £10,000 between them for Enduro Africa, a charity that buys off road bikes for medics on the HIV ravaged continent.
The bikes are then used by aid workers who use them to access some of the most remote and vulnerable African communities.
Neighbours Graham and David have worked hard to raise the £5,000 each needed to pay for the bikes, a year's fuel and maintenance and basic maintenance training for the people who will use them daily.
Yesterday the pair set off on the next part of their challenge, a self-funded off road adventure 2000km adventure.
They found out last week that they will be joined for the trip by princes William and Harry. Sentebale the charity founded by Harry to transform the lives of African orphans is one of the beneficiaries of funds raised by Enduro Africa.
Graham and David arrived in Johannesburg this morning, Friday ready to take another plane to Durban.
Graham's wife, Debbie, spoke to the pair this morning and said that they are tired but glad to arrive and excited about the next leg of their journey.
